Alisa Villa

Alisa is a Public Administrator and a security specialist with over 25 years of international experience. She is a member of the Specialty Coffee Association, a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums, a patron of the arts, a master fundraiser and a nature lover. Most recently, she led a project proposal to build and operate a National Museum in Saint Lucia.
Olmedo Villa
Director of operations
Olmedo is an Engineer with over 25 years of international experience and a member of the Specialty Coffee Association. He has overseen the design, financing and development of several construction projects in the United States and Saint Lucia. He specializes in Project Management, Architectural Design, Landscape Architecture and Soil & Water Management.
Ethelbert Sylvestre
Field Supervisor
Ethelbert has been a member of the team since 2020 and brings with him several years of valuable, local experience. He is instrumental in the implementation of the farm's maintenance and agronomy programs. His dedication and hard work have greatly contributed to the farm's success.

Poe Anis
Le Verrier® Coffee is proud to announce our collaboration with this talented Cambodian-American artist, now residing in Saudi Arabia. Poe and her family fled Cambodia in 1979, as refugees to Thailand, finally landing in East Boston in 1981. Boston became home before moving to the UAE in 2008. She is a fashion designer by profession and a passionate artist who loves nature and the great outdoors. Poe is married to Sherif and has two sons, Alexander and Max. For our coffee label, Poe has perfectly captured the beauty of the Saint Lucia parrot with the majestic Piton Troumassé in the background.
Piero Annoni
Piero is an industrial photographer, founder of Altalook, who has collaborated with our farm to capture the beauty of our land, wildlife, and coffee trees. With his keen eye for detail and passion for photography, Piero has helped us showcase the essence of our farm through his lens. We are proud to have the results of his talent and professionalism and look forward to continuing our collaboration with him.
